Where’s my withdrawal?

A "Complete" status means we’ve already processed your withdrawal request. However, it may still take a few days for your withdrawal amount to appear in your bank account as the bank may need more time to process your request.

The timeframe for transferring money from PayPal differs based on the type of transfer you selected.

If you selected Instant Transfer, you should see the money in your bank account in minutes, but this timeframe may vary depending on the bank. If you don’t see the money in your bank account after 30 minutes, contact your bank for more information. Our team members can’t change the status of your transfer.

The Standard transfer to your bank typically completes in 1 business day, but depending on your bank's clearing process, it may take 3-5 business days. Keep in mind that holidays aren't business days.

Standard transfers to your eligible debit card take approximately 48 hours.

If you requested your money via check, you should receive it in the mail within 10 business days.

If the bank encounters a problem with your withdrawal request, they’ll notify us within 1 week from the time you requested your withdrawal. We'll email you if we receive any information from your bank. If the bank is unable to process your request due to incomplete or incorrect information in your withdrawal request, the funds will be returned to your PayPal account (a return fee may apply in this case).

All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue.
