A buyer dispute has been escalated to a claim. What happens next?

A buyer dispute has been escalated to a claim.

We’ll now investigate the case and decide the outcome.  It’s essential that you respond to the claim as soon as possible to avoid a default judgment in favour of the buyer.

Go to your  Resolution  Center  to see  what information you need to provide,  as well as your response deadline.

Keep an eye on your emails and your Resolution  Center  for updates from us, or requests for more information.
