How do I capture authorizations in Virtual Terminal?

If you complete an Authorization transaction in Virtual Terminal, you must capture the funds in order to receive payment.

Note: PayPal recommends that you capture payments within three days after the original Authorization.

Here's how to capture an Authorization transaction:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Activity.
Do one of the following:

Click Capture in the Actions column for the transaction you want to capture.
Click the name of the billing company or person for this transaction. You'll see information about the transaction on the Transaction Details page. Then, click Capture.
