If there’s an issue with an item you’ve ordered online, you have 180 days to open a dispute from the date the payment was made.
1. Try to resolve the issue with the seller.
If something goes wrong with your purchase, start by visiting our Resolution Center and try to resolve the issue directly with the seller. To do this, open a dispute within 180 days from the date the payment was made.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the seller, visit our Resolution Center within 20 days after opening the dispute to escalate the process to a claim. Let us review it and decide the outcome.

To be able to make an informed decision, we may ask you for some supporting documents. We’ll refund you up to the full amount of the purchase if the case has been decided in your favour.
