Why can’t I access some reports in the Reporting Portal?

Based on limited usage, we‘ve taken steps to remove Portal access to reports that have had limited historic usage. The reports removed from Portal access are:

  • Subscription Agreement Report (SAR).
  • Order Report (ORT).
  • Preapproved Payments Agreement Report (PPA).
  • Recurring Payment Profile Report (RPP) – Daily.
  1. Existing subscriptions via SFTP will remain unaffected by these changes.
  2. You can continue to generate the Recurring Payment Profile Report through the one-off report functionality.
  3. The information available in the reports listed above will still be available through the Activity search or by contacting Customer Service. After you log in using your PayPal credentials you can access your activity details by going to Activity near the top of the page.
