My PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® no longer works because it is expired or damaged. How do I get a replacement debit card?

For an expired card, your replacement PayPal Business Debit Card is automatically sent to your confirmed address about 30 days before your card’s expiry date. Your card will remain active until the end of the month shown on your card. Replacement cards will take seven to ten days to arrive and will come in a white PayPal branded envelope.

If your PayPal Business Debit MasterCard is damaged/worn, you can request a replacement card. 

To request a replacement card:
  1. Go to Summary.
  2. Click PayPal Business Debit Mastercard.
  3. On the ‘PayPal Business Debit MasterCard' home page, click Report lost, stolen or damaged card.
  4. Choose ‘card is damaged’, click Continue.
  5. Confirm the address for the replacement card to be sent and click Send Replacement Card.

To view or update your address:
  1. Go to Summary
  2. Click PayPal Business Debit Mastercard.
  3. On the ‘PayPal Business Debit MasterCard’ home page, next to the ‘Billing Address’, click Change.
  4. Choose 'Billing address' or Add a new address.
  5. Click to Confirm address.
  6. Click Done.
 
Tip: Please ensure that your address is correct to be certain you will receive your debit card.
