If you receive a payment in a currency you don’t hold, the payment will show as Unclaimed. You will see options to Accept or Refuse the payment.

To accept or refuse a payment in another currency:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Choose to Accept or Refuse.
3. Click Submit.

If you choose to Accept you have the following options:

• Accept the payment and convert it to your primary currency
• Accept the payment and open a new balance in that currency
• Refuse the payment and return it to the sender.

If you choose to accept the payment and convert it to your primary balance, the currency conversion will be completed at a retail foreign exchange rate, which is adjusted regularly based on market conditions and may differ from the rates that you may see in the media. This rate includes a small conversion fee.
