How do I provide documents to PayPal?

If there's a claim or chargeback open on your account, or if your account is limited, you may be asked to send us certain documentation. You can provide any supporting or required documents by using the 'upload' feature in your Resolution Centre.

For Account Limitations:

  1. Go to Resolution Centre.
  2. Click Go to Account Limitations.
  3. Next to each step required to remove the limitation, click Resolve and follow the steps to provide that information.

For Claims and Chargebacks:
  1. Go to Resolution Centre.
  2. Click Respond on the case row.
  3. On the case details page, click Respond.
  4. If you need to provide specific information, choose I'd like to submit the requested info.
  5. 'Drag and drop' or 'Browse' for the files you wish to add.
  6. Enter a description if needed and click Submit.
