How do I open a dispute on a transaction made using my PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®?
Purchases made using the PayPal Business Debit Mastercard are protected. Conditions and exceptions to PayPal Buyer Protection can be found in PayPal’s User Agreement.
To open a dispute on a PayPal Business Debit Card transaction:- Go to Activity.
- Locate and then click on the transaction.
- Within the 'Transaction details', click Resolution Centre to report a problem.
- Choose the 'type of issue' to report from the options shown;
- I didn’t receive an item I purchased,
- I received an item that wasn’t as described,
- I need to report unauthorised activity or,
- I have a billing issue.
- Answer the questionnaire, describe the issue and include any documentation as appropriate.
- Click Submit.
- View 'Status' of the case within the Resolution Centre.
