How do I open a dispute on a transaction made using my PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®?

Purchases made using the PayPal Business Debit Mastercard are protected. Conditions and exceptions to PayPal Buyer Protection can be found in PayPal’s User Agreement.
 
To open a dispute on a PayPal Business Debit Card transaction:
  1. Go to Activity.
  2. Locate and then click on the transaction.
  3. Within the 'Transaction details', click Resolution Centre to report a problem.
  4. Choose the 'type of issue' to report from the options shown; 
  • I didn’t receive an item I purchased, 
  • I received an item that wasn’t as described, 
  • I need to report unauthorised activity or,
  • I have a billing issue.
  1. Answer the questionnaire, describe the issue and include any documentation as appropriate.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. View 'Status' of the case within the Resolution Centre.
