Here's how to link and confirm a card to your PayPal account:

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Click Associate a debit or credit card.
3. Enter the card information and click Associate Card.
4. Click on the new card and then click on the Confirm card option.
5. Click Get Code and then click Done.

 You can use any of these cards:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Discover
• American Express

A $1.00 USD fee will be applied to your card, which is a standard authorization used by banks to validate that credit or debit cards are active and available for online payments. So, you do not need to worry as this amount is not charged. It will be returned to your card immediately after it is associated to your PayPal account.
 
Similarly, a $1.95 USD fee will be applied to your card to confirm it. This amount along with a 4-digit PayPal code will appear on your statement in 2 to 3 business days. The code sequence will look like PayPal*1234CODE or PP*1234CODE. You need the first 4 digits to confirm the card. Once confirmed, we will immediately refund the amount on your card.
To enter the 4-digit PayPal code to confirm the card, you should find a notification on your home page, under the bell icon. However, if you do not find it, do not worry, just follow these steps:

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Select the card you want to confirm and click on Enter code to confirm your card.
3. Enter the 4-digit code and click on Confirm.
