I did not receive my email address confirmation.
If you haven't received the email we sent you to confirm your email address:
- Check to make sure you entered your email address correctly on your PayPal account.
- Look in your junk mail or spam folder to see if your confirmation email was delivered to that folder instead of to your email inbox.
- Add service@paypal.com to your address book.
You can request that another confirmation email be sent to you. Here’s how:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
- Click Edit next to the email you want to confirm.
- Click Confirm this email.
- Check your inbox for an email with the new number.
- Click on the link Click here to activate your account.
- Enter your password to confirm your email address.
