How can I make a formal complaint to PayPal?

To submit your complaint:

  1. Go to Contact us.
  2. Click Feedback and formal complaints.
  3. From the 7 options, select the complaint type which best matches the scenario you'd like to address.
  4. Click Email Us. (You may need to log in.)
  5. Complete the webform with both your personal and complaint details.
  6. Review the details and click Send email.
