If your order is significantly different to the seller’s description or doesn’t arrive, you have 180 days to file a dispute. We can protect you, if your purchase is eligible for the full purchase price plus original shipping costs.
To help protect your purchase, make sure you:

  • Keep your account in good standing
  • Respond to our request(s) for documentation and other information in a timely manner

  • You purchased 3 items but only got 2
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The item is missing major parts (that the seller didn’t disclose)

  • You purchased an authentic brand but got a knockoff instead.

Protected Purchases

Eligible items include :

  • Tangible goods (like electronics or clothing), or intangible goods (like digital products or services).
  • You must pay for the item using your PayPal account, and your account must be in good standing.
  • You must also pay for the item with one payment.

Items Not Covered

The following items are not covered:

  • Real estate
  • Motorized vehicles (of any kind)
  • Custom-made items
  • Industrial machinery (for manufacturing)
  • Cash, gift cards, or prepaid cards
  • Money transfers to friends or family
  • Donations including payments on crowdfunding platforms

Found an unauthorized payment?

If you are charged for a transaction that you didn't make, let us know within 60 days, and change your password immediately.We’ll secure your account and investigate.
