How do I make a complaint to PayPal Giving Fund Ireland?

Any partner, charity, or individual that we work with or any member of the public in Ireland, or abroad can make a complaint if they think we’ve fallen short of reasonable expectations because of our standards of service, actions, or lack of action. 
 
Your complaint must be about something that we're directly responsible for. You need to make your complaint in writing through our online form. Please state clearly in the first line of your message that it’s a complaint. 
 
Our Customer Service team makes sure complaints are handled by the most relevant person. We'll do our best to provide a full response to address your complaint within seven working days. If we cannot, we'll let you know why and indicate when we expect to provide a full response.  
 
If you're not satisfied with the full response, you can ask for further review and response. This can take another seven working days from the day of escalation. Please use the online form and state clearly in the first line of your message that it's an "escalated complaint to the Vice President of PayPal Giving Fund UK & Ireland".
